Business 2 Identity (B2I)


A new approach.
The B2I (Business to Identity) approach replaces the outdated approach with a separation of B2B and B2C focus on a customer. The graphic above and the description below will serve as an example. The context is B2B but can equally be translated to a B2C context. The context is still defined as B2B and B2C - the main difference in this approach is the Customer himself.
